Cleveland Restoration Society invites its members to a SNOOP! tour at Richfield Heritage Preserve.
We’re heading south for our September SNOOP! to tour parts of the 336-acre Richfield Heritage Preserve, including the 1836 Oviatt House, which won the Award of Distinction for Restoration and Rehabilitation at our 2026 Celebration of Preservation Awards.
There’s a great deal to explore at this public park with an eclectic past. Over the years, it has served as a pioneer farm, an inventor’s private estate and more recently as a Girl Scout camp.
Volunteer preservationists are restoring several historic buildings on the grounds, including the home of inventor Jim Kirby, a mill for electric power, and a dance hall.
Parking details will be provided in the confirmation email the day before the event.
PLEASE NOTE:
